Group Finance Assistant – Corston Architectural Detail

Malmesbury | Full-time, Permanent | £28,000k–£30,000k DOE

At Corston, we design and engineer beautifully crafted switches, sockets, hardware and lighting that transform homes around the world. Our business is growing fast across the UK, EU and US, and we're now looking for a Group Finance Assistant to join our team and support the financial operations of our international showrooms.

If you're early in your finance career and love the idea of working across multiple entities, learning fast, and being part of a collaborative team — this could be the perfect next step.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing Accounts Payable and supplier reconciliations
  • Processing staff expenses and supporting payroll for showroom teams
  • Handling bank reconciliations across several entities
  • Assisting with month-end and financial reporting
  • Keeping financial records accurate, organised and up to date
  • Supporting audits and contributing to process improvements

What we're looking for

  • 1–2 years' finance, accounts or bookkeeping experience
  • Working toward AAT (study support available)
  • Strong Excel and numerical accuracy
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Organised, detail-focused and great with communication
