French & Spanish Mentor – Redbridge – September 2025

• Providing targeted, small-group or 1:1 support in French and Spanish to enhance student progress

• Delivering academic intervention, tracking outcomes, and closely monitoring student attainment

• Supporting classroom management and engagement in Modern Foreign Languages lessons

• Collaborating with subject educators to enrich curriculum delivery and student understanding

French & Spanish Mentor – What the School is Looking For

Ideal candidates are proactive, compassionate and committed, with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn. A 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top-30 UK university is required, along with demonstrable child-centred experience. Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.

French & Spanish Mentor – Salary and Contract Info

• General TA / SEN TA roles: £444 per week, pro rata, term-time only

• Academic Mentor roles: £450–£530 per week, pro rata, term-time only

• Cover Supervisor / HLTA / Unqualified Teacher roles: up to £600 per week, pro rata, term-time only

• Full-time, long-term contract (September–July), term-time only

• Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts for successful candidates
