Support Workers (Children and young Adults with disabilities and/or challenging behaviours)

Hourly Rate: £ Depending on Qualification. Plus sleep in allowance, Benefits and unto £2000 Bonus Scheme.

Sleep in Rate: £57.00

Contract: Part time and Full time available.

Essential Criteria:

  • Aged over 21 years.
  • Available alternate weekends
  • Available for shift work which includes early starts 7am, late finishes 10pm, sleep-ins and wake and watches.

About My-Life-My-Choice-Ltd

My Life – My Choice was established in 2002 when we opened 'Lora House' a small respite Centre for adults with disabilities. We have grown over the years to a 8 bedded respite Centre in Oswaldtwistle for children and young people and now an adult supported living home in Knuzden set in its own grounds with further development plans. This offers great opportunities for progression for the right candidate.

You will be expected to work at both sites - Oswaldtwistle and Knuzden.

Today, My Life – My Choice provides a wide range of services to children and young adults with disabilities and/or Autism. We provide services to children aged 0-17 years and can continue to provide support in the transition period of their adulthood lives. The company provides a flexible and responsive service to meet the children and young peoples needs 7 days per week/52 weeks per year.
