We are excited to announce the expanding of our Telesales/Service Team with members that can make outgoing calls and up sales in our Exeter office.

: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the supervisor, your role will be to deal with new and regular customers on the phone, to handle service enquiries
  • You may also be allocated to help in the warehouse to prepare customer orders for delivery by our team of drivers.
  • Handling both incoming and outgoing sales calls and dealing with customer queries and complaints in friendly and professional manner
  • Being able to match products and services to a customer's needs, in turn providing an effective and efficient service
  • Working as part of the branch team, you will deliver excellent customer care and online assistance for customers.

You Will Need

  • to be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and offering high quality customer service to customers
  • a clear telephone voice and good telephone manner are essential.
  • Many of our customers are older people, so you will need to be an excellent communicator, with good customer service skills
  • to have attention to details, patience, accuracy, ability to meet sales goals and data entry skills are required.
  • to be IT literate with Microsoft word & excel skills, although not essential.
  • Working knowledge of SAP system would be an added advantage.
