Qualification: Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship

Eligibility Requirements (please read before applying):

To be considered for this apprenticeship, you MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C / Level 4 or above (or equivalent).
  • Not have extensive experience working in a marketing-related role.
  • Not already hold a marketing qualification at Level 3 or higher.

You'll join a friendly, supportive marketing team where you'll gain hands-on experience managing digital channels, developing creative campaigns, and learning how marketing drives business growth. Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll receive full training and support as you work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, with the potential to secure a permanent role after completion.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you'll learn to:

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Update, maintain and improve the company website.
  • Plan and launch digital media campaigns promoting our services.
  • Produce creative content, including photos, videos, newsletters and blog posts.
  • Design and send email campaigns and mailshots to clients and prospects.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign ideas.
  • Analyse campaign performance and share results with the team.
  • Contribute new ideas to improve our online presence and marketing strategy.
