Birmingham, Birmingham, United Kingdom Boparan Restaurant Group Full time £45,000 - £55,000 per year

About Us
At Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG), we are a family-run business with nine diverse brands and over 100 locations. Passionate about food and hospitality, we constantly innovate to deliver memorable dining experiences. While each brand has its own identity, we work together to foster a fun, creative, and collaborative culture.

As we expand in the UK and internationally, we remain driven by innovation, creativity, and ambition, ensuring our ongoing success and growth.

The Role
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Supply Chain Planner to join our central team.

This is a pivotal role that ensures our restaurants are always stocked, our supply chain runs smoothly, and our suppliers deliver with precision.

Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, you'll work closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Buying, and Operations to manage demand forecasting, supplier performance, and data accuracy — all while keeping communication lines running efficiently between our restaurants, suppliers, and logistics partners.

This is a hybrid role (minimum one day per week in the office), ideal for someone analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities. Some flexibility around working hours will be needed, including occasional weekends or Bank Holidays, to support business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Performance

  • Support the Supply Chain and Buying teams with key operational and administrative tasks.
  • Produce regular reports and analysis on supplier and distribution performance.
  • Maintain accurate demand forecasts and stock data across multiple brands.
  • Monitor stock levels, identifying risks of overstock, shortages, or service disruption.
  • Analyse supplier delivery performance and ensure timely shipments.
  • Keep accurate data on forecasts, deliveries, and site transitions.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the main contact for day-to-day supply chain queries and issue resolution.
  • Escalate critical service issues when needed to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate restaurant openings, closures, and site transitions.
  • Liaise with logistics providers to ensure consistent and reliable service.
  • Support continuous improvement projects to streamline reporting and communication.

About You

  • Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics planning role, ideally in foodservice, QSR, or multi-site operations.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and supply chain reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative team player, confident working cross-functionally.

What's in it for you?
We believe in offering more than just a job—this is a career opportunity with exciting rewards:

  • Feast on Savings: Enjoy 50% off your total bill for you and five friends across all our brands.
  • Exclusive Discounts: Access special offers from thousands of retailers and restaurants through our BRG Spark App.
  • Stock Up on Favourites: Get 20% off at Carluccio's retail gift shop & deli.
  • Secure Your Future: Free mortgage advice and access to our Financial & Wellbeing Centre.
  • Access Your Pay Anytime: Use Wage Stream to tap into your earnings whenever you need them.
  • Healthcare & Wellbeing: Benefit from our Healthcare Cashplan and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
  • Referral Rewards: Earn bonuses for referring friends to join our team.
  • Career Growth: Excellent opportunities for development within our expanding portfolio of brands.
  • Flexible Working: Enjoy flexible scheduling options for a better work-life balance.

If you're ready to make an impact and join an innovative, growing company, we want to hear from you

Join us and be part of our journey as we create unforgettable dining experiences, one restaurant at a time
