The Role of a Senior Educator

To contribute to the creation of a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.

To be aware of Pumpkin Patch's policies and procedures and ensure these are adhered to.

Use their knowledge of the areas of learning and understanding of how children learn to provide rich, varied and imaginative experiences that enthuse, engage and motivate children.

To be responsible for the welfare of all children in your room, organising systems to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Establish strong relationships with families to foster a positive connection between the nursery and home.

Adhere to the organisation's policies and procedures.

Job Details

Job Types: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Hours: 40 Hours Per Week (between 7.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday)

Salary: £27,352 - £28,080 (FTE) depending on qualifications and experience.

UK Level 3 Early Years Education Qualification (required)

Location: 21 St Botolphs Road, Worthing, BN11 4JS.
