Location: Napthens LLP, 7 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JD (with travel to other offices as required)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week), office-based
Reports to: Technical Support Team Leader

The RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join our Technical Support team. You will be the first point of contact for IT support across the organisation, providing timely assistance to colleagues and ensuring smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone and email
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
- Repair or replace faulty components
- Maintain accurate technical documentation
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives
Essential:
- Proven experience in IT support or similar customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server, and macOS
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including Outlook and Teams)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
Desirable:
- CompTIA IT Tech+ or Fundamentals+
- Experience with VoIP telephony solutions
- Enthusiastic and clear communicator
- Strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Committed to continuous learning and staying up to date with technology
