You will play a vital role in supporting the operation, development, and high-quality care offered within our clients children's residential home. Main Duties Support the Deputy Manager in delivering high-quality services for young people.Build positive relationships and promote effective partnerships with staff, external agencies, and families.Ensure full compliance with Safeguarding Procedures, Health & Safety Regulations, and all company policies.Provide nurturing leadership that motivates and supports our children.Promote effective communication, manage childrens development needs, and champion Equality & Diversity at all times. Qualifications & Requirements Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Childcare (or equivalent.Commitment to working towards the Level 5 qualification.Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.Ability to provide professional references.
