Are you seeking a role that gives you the clinical freedom to provide the dentistry you're passionate about, while expanding your skills and growing patient demand including NHS patients? The Contract & Benefits: Benefit from a dedicated mentor, structured guidance, and an experienced Practice Manager to ensure you receive the right training and development to succeed.Ongoing support with your CPD and personal growth throughout your careerAn existing patient list and discounted indemnity cover for associatesWe also have a Sponsorship License and can assist suitable applicants with a Tier 2 UK work visaStart earning through independent dental activity on a self-employed basis while obtaining your performer number, with the opportunity to transition to NHS activity once approved.Achievable NHS UDA targets with the opportunity to increase, plus a competitive and negotiable UDA rate based on experience.Enjoy the security of a UDA contract that includes NHS pension scheme membership, along with access to NHS sick pay and maternity benefits.Up to 28 non-clinic-days (inclusive of bank holidays, pro rata) The Working Hours The position is available on a full-time basis.Surgery space available: Monday to Saturday. Our Clients Our clients offer fully computerised and modern facilities, including spacious surgeries, staff and decontamination rooms, digital x-rays and professional support teams. Some of our clients also offer disability access, whilst others offer a comprehensive range of services, such as implants, sedation, orthodontic and endo, with the latest Cerec equipment.
