Key Responsibilities: Client Needs Assessment: Discuss travel goals and preferences to determine suitable options. Customized Itinerary Support: Assist in building trip outlines that match client expectations. Reservation Assistance: Help coordinate travel bookings including lodging, transportation, and activities. Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, adjustments, and informational requests. Vendor Interaction: Communicate with travel partners as needed for availability and coordination. Document Handling: Provide clients with confirmations, itineraries, and destination information. Quality Review: Verify accuracy and clarity of all travel details. Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stay organized while managing multiple clients. Comfortable using digital tools, email, and online systems. Customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Interest in travel planning and service-based work.
