This is an important role in our business and you will be working with our prestigious client on the LIFT Portfolio. We’re looking for an experienced business leader who thrives in a busy, customer-facing environment and brings solid commercial acumen along with proven P&L management experience. In this role, you take responsibility for £13m of TFM services within healthcare PPP contracts, lead a team of facilities managers to ensure compliance across the estate, and drive organic growth through extra works such as decarbonisation, digitalisation and change of use projects.
