As we grow our business, we are looking for a new Sales Director to lead our Retail channel across the UK and Ireland.As Sales Director you’ll be responsible for a sizeable commercial team and for setting the strategic direction for our Retail channel, with accountability for a significant P&L across our Major Domestic Appliance business (Candy, Hoover, Haier). You’ll own the commercial direction, collaborating with the wider business and key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure the successful strategic deployment of the business plan and the delivery of commercial objectives. You’ll possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to influence teams across the business to create strategic alignment. With a proven track record in team development, you’ll be able to set direction, coach, motivate, support, develop and engage, sharing your vision.
