Just ask our team members who have been excelling here for 10+ years.With headquarters in London and teams across the US, Europe, and Asia, ITRS combines the agility of a high‑impact tech business with the stability of a private equity‑backed global partner.Scope of RoleReporting to our CMO, the Head of Platform Marketing will lead the strategic positioning and go‑to‑market execution for ITRS's integrated observability platform across Financial Services, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), and Corporate Infrastructure value streams. This role is critical to unifying our market presence, modernising brand perception, and driving systematic product launch excellence. You will work from our London HQ on a hybrid work schedule.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute unified go‑to‑market strategy across all value streams with consistent platform messaging that positions ITRS as a modern observability leader.Create integrated solution messaging connecting Geneos, Opsview, Uptrends, and ITRS Analytics as a unified observability platform.Lead competitive intelligence and positioning strategy against Datadog, Dynatrace, and other platform consolidators.Establish and lead systematic product launch amplification process connecting monthly innovations to target account priorities.Eliminate silos between value streams and ensure cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align platform roadmap with market needs.Lead go‑to‑market strategy development with measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.Support sales enablement with ROI calculators, migration tools, and technical differentiation content.Requirements8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with 5+ years in product marketing or platform marketing leadership roles.Deep expertise in enterprise software or observability/monitoring/infrastructure technology markets.Strong technical knowledge of IT observability, monitoring, infrastructure management, and related technologies with ability to speak credibly to technical audiences.Proven experience building and facilitating customer communities, advisory boards, or user groups.Proven track record of successful go‑to‑market strategy development and execution for complex technical products.Experience positioning technical solutions against well‑funded competitors in crowded markets.Strong understanding of Financial Services or other highly regulated industries preferred.Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.Comfortable with public speaking and representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer forums.BenefitsHealth Insurance and Dental Health Cover for you and your dependants.Employee Assistance Programme.Pension.Flexible Hybrid Working.Enhanced Parental Leave.Travel Insurance.Life Assurance.Income Protection.Referral Bonus.Buy and Sell Holiday.Training Reimbursement.ITRS is an Equal Opportunity employer and Inclusion is part of our everyday life.
