The Global Clearing business moves over $3 trillion worth of wholesale payments every day. Similar to the retail payment industry familiar to consumers, the wholesale industry is at the peak of a technological evolution with a focus on digitalising payments, designing client‑centric user interfaces, providing real‑time analytics, and doing all this cheaper, faster and more secure than ever before.As a Product Manager within the Global Clearing Product team, your primary focus and responsibility will be the end‑to‑end delivery of our EUR Clearing proposition. Facilitated via J.P Morgan's direct participation in T2 and EURO1, the EUR Clearing product is an integral part of our global cross‑border payments offering, supporting wholesale clients across all regions and segments. As a diligent, self‑motivated and intellectually curious Product Manager, you will be responsible for executing the business strategy, as well as the pro‑active management of risks and controls and the setting and monitoring of key performance indicators, including financial targets. In doing so you will need strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders including Senior Management, Technology, Sales, Service, Operations and Legal & Compliance.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee the day‑to‑day product management, development and delivery of J.P Morgan’s EUR Clearing propositionDrive the EUR Clearing product strategy, in alignment with the broader Global Clearing and Payments line of business priorities and objectivesDefine, track and report on key performance indicators, including revenue, volume and market sharePro‑actively manage risks and controls, including compliance to local regulations and clearing system participant requirements and rulesIdentify opportunities for innovative product development and differentiation, with a focus on efficiency, standardization and scalabilityPartner with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Service and Operations to ensure the effective delivery of servicesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsPayments industry experience, ideally in the wholesale banking spaceStrong communication (written, interpersonal, presentation) and leadership skillsProven ability to deliver value and achieve results in a high‑pressure, rapidly changing environmentRegulatory awareness and experience of rule adoptionCreative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiating solutionsExecution‑oriented self‑starter able to take initiativeStrong analytical skills and attention to detailSelf‑motivated with the ability to effectively prioritise competing tasks/deliverablesAbout UsJ.P.
