This way, there's scope for you to make a huge difference – on us as a company, and on our clients and business partners around the world.Job ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary subject matter expert on payment schemes, leading integration efforts for clients and ensuring seamless connections with payment schemesDrive the development and execution of the product roadmap, focusing on enhancing and productising our payment capabilitiesEffectively gather business requirements and translate them into stories and acceptance criteria for both in-house and external engineering teamsHelp clients define business logic for payment flow orchestration based on scheme rules, prior experience and working knowledgeStay up-to-date with the payment scheme developments and regulations, to design and build payments connectivity with future compatibility and complianceOptimise the payments platform performance to ensure speed, security, reliability, and scalabilitySupport implementation and testing, including operational set-up and training where requiredParticipate in defining operating model and procedures for management of the connected payment schemesCollaborate with Engineering, Controls etc. to ensure the right process flows, procedures, training materials, etc are in place in good timeAssist with the running of Agile ceremonies, e.g. DSUsServe as the day-to-day contact for all scheme related product queries, promptly addressing and escalating issues to management.Required Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsExperience working as a Technical Product Manager on EU and/or UK payment schemesStrong working knowledge of SEPA (SEPA Instant, SEPA CT and SEPA DD) and/or BACS (BACS DD, BACS CT) payment schemesKnowledge of financial messaging e.g. scheme messages, ISO20022Strong understanding of payment operationsComfortable working with financial grade APIsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsExperience working with directly with clearing and settlement mechanisms (CSMs)Project Management / Delivery qualificationsKnowledge of the external/ competitor landscape, key players (inc. banks, PSPs, fintechs, vendors), legislative environment (Open Banking, PSD2/3 etc.)We recognize that our people are our strength and the diverse talents they bring to our global workforce are directly linked to our success. xpwpeyx We are an equal opportunity employer and place a high value on diversity and inclusion at our company.
