Your focus will be on strengthening connectivity, enhancing satisfaction, and positioning the CII as the professional home for insurance and financial planning. You will oversee a team of regional managers and community facilitators, driving initiatives that grow membership, foster collaboration, and deliver high-quality experiences. This includes shaping strategies for local institutes and PFS regions, developing vibrant digital communities, and ensuring inclusive engagement for all members. A key part of your role will be nurturing volunteer networks-building capability, supporting professional development, and creating a culture of pride and purpose. You will use data and member insights to continuously improve the offer, champion innovation, and deliver measurable value. As a senior ambassador for the CII, you will represent the organisation externally, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate internally to align strategies and share best practices.
