We are looking for an innovative Industry Director to own, run and grow our Central & Devolved Government industry, driving double revenue growth from £25M to £50M within three years.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance Made Tech’s presence and impact within central government, providing thought leadership on digital transformation and emerging technologies.Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in central government departments and agencies, positioning Made Tech as a trusted partner for tailored solutions.Lead and inspire a multi‑disciplined team of client partners, business development executives, technical specialists and strategic partners, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.Deliver operational excellence and sustainable growth, managing P&L, setting performance metrics and coaching the team to meet growth targets.Qualifications & SkillsProven leadership experience in a senior role with central government clients, managing high‑performing teams of 100+ people.Deep knowledge of the central government landscape, policies and technological trends; experience with agencies such as HMRC, DWP, DEFRA.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of operating at senior government levels.Strong analytical and strategic thinking, able to translate complex issues into actionable plans.Substantial P&L management experience with revenue > £50M per annum, balancing cost control and investment for growth.Eligibility for SC security clearance (5 years continuous UK residency and employment history).Benefits£150,000 per year plus variable incentive.Hybrid work model with flexibility across Bristol, London, Manchester, Swansea.30 days holiday plus public holidays.Pension up to 16% (8% matched by employer).Life insurance equal to 4× base salary.Private medical insurance (BUPA or cash plan).Income protection cover.Our Commitment to Diversity and InclusionWe strive to build a happy, inclusive, and diverse workforce.
