You’ll lead and develop a team of analysts, data scientists and engineers fostering strong collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders. This is a high‑profile leadership role offering a unique opportunity to oversee the end‑to‑end business intelligence function and set the vision for data‑driven insights.Reporting directly to the Head of Finance & Business Intelligence you’ll :Lead the data strategy for the Motability Unit.Provide actionable insights that help improve operational performance.Manage, mentor and develop a team of data scientists, engineers and analysts.Identify and champion improvements to data architecture to enhance analytical capability.Drive best practice in data governance across the unit.Deliver consistent high‑quality reporting, presenting results and driving meaningful action.Our hybrid model offers a best‑of‑both‑worlds approach.
