You’ll lead and develop a team of analysts, data scientists, and engineers, fostering strong collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders. This is a high-profile leadership role offering a unique opportunity to oversee the end-to-end business intelligence function and set the vision for data-driven insights.Reporting directly to the Head of Finance & Business Intelligence, you’ll:Lead the data strategy for the Motability Unit.Provide actionable insights that help improve operational performance.Manage, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.Identify and champion improvements to data architecture to enhance analytical capability.Drive best practice in data governance across the unit.Deliver consistent, high-quality reporting, presenting results and driving meaningful action.Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach.
