With growing demand for our services and a strong pipeline of opportunities.We are seeking an experienced Head of Bid Management with a proven track record of successfully securing contracts and frameworks on a 12-month fixed-term contract.What you'll be doingLead and inspire the bid team to deliver high-quality, winning submissions across PQQs, ITTs, and BAFOs.Oversee the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to submission and post-bid analysis.Develop and implement bid strategies aligned with our growth objectives.Manage the bid/no-bid process, ensuring resources are focused on the most promising opportunities.Coordinate internal and external contributors to produce compelling, compliant, and commercially sound proposals.Maintain and enhance our bid library to streamline future submissions and improve efficiency.Monitor tender portals and client communications to identify new opportunities and forecast future revenue.Track and analyse bid performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.Manage the bid team budget and ensure effective resource allocation.Who we’re looking forProven experience leading end-to-end bid management processes, including EOI, PQQ, ITT, RFP, and BAFO submissions.A strong track record of securing new contracts and frameworks in a competitive environment.Excellent understanding of commercial terms and conditions, particularly NEC4.Exceptional proposal writing, editing, and presentation skills.Strong organisational and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams.A collaborative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.What we're offeringBenifex Platform - including the Technology Scheme, Dental Plan, and the Bike SchemeDiscounts on retail, shopping, gym access and cinema tickets24 days’ annual leavePrivate Medical InsuranceIncome protectionLife assurance6% employer pension contributionThere’s never been a more exciting time to join us.
