Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be accountable for designing and delivering transformation programmes that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and performance across the business.This is a pivotal leadership role, driving organisational capability and embedding innovative solutions to meet evolving customer and regulatory demands. You will partner with senior executives to define and execute transformation strategies, oversee large-scale deployment programmes, and ensure governance and delivery against agreed KPIs.With responsibility for a multi-million capital investment portfolio and a team of four direct reports (with wider accountability for circa 600 employees), you will influence at the highest levels, including presenting progress to the Executive Board.
