With hybrid working, free parking, and a competitive salary, this role has it allWhat’s on Offer:Salary: £27,000 (12 month fixed term contract)Hybrid working: 3 days per week in our fantastic Glasgow officeFree parking on-siteLovely, modern offices with a friendly, collaborative teamKey Responsibilities:High-volume invoice processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulationsMail sorting & OCR validationMailbox management & query resolutionEnsuring accuracy on all VAT and tax postingsProcess manual & automatic payment runsVendor statement reconciliations & open item maintenanceManaging key suppliers to maximise discounts and ensure smooth operationsExperience & Skills Required:Solid accounts payable / purchase ledgerUnderstanding of basic accounting principlesStrong administrative skillsEffective, professional communicationResponsible, detail-oriented, and analyticalExcellent problem-solving and prioritisation skillsProficient in Excel and WordFlexible and able to adapt to changing prioritiesHighly self-motivatedThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, thriving company.
