In 2023, Inspired was recognised by Beauhurst as one of the UK's top 10 highest-value private companies.ROLE SUMMARY:We are seeking a highly commercial Regional Head of Marketing responsible for driving lead generation & student enrolment across our UK region. They will lead the development, delivery, and implementation of integrated marketing plans to grow our schools & improve retention. Operating in the central & regional matrix the Regional Head of Marketing will report into the Global Head of Brand, part of the Global Brand team consisting of representatives from our 9 regions. The role will work closely with the Regional CEO, while working day to day both with the local & central marketing teams, and each Head of School & their respective admissions teams. The role will lead the local marketing team of 1 FTE across the region.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop regional and school-level marketing plans focused on enrolment and retentionShape messaging, media, creative, and PR strategies to position each school distinctlyLead offline/online channel strategy, including social mediaOptimise lead conversion and customer journeySupport CRM programmes with Admissions to drive application conversionExecution & MediaPartner with Heads of School and Admissions to deliver outreach and local campaignsEnsure all content aligns with brand and communicates our valueManage local PR activity in line with central commsPerformance & BudgetTrack marketing and admissions data to drive ROI and conversionNegotiate vendor terms and manage regional marketing budgetStakeholder EngagementMain contact for Heads and Admissions, providing updates and gathering feedbackRegular school visits to stay close to needs and build relationshipsWork with global teams on digital, social, and brand alignmentShare and implement best practices across regionsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of commercial urgency and focus on resultsCommercially savvy, combining data-led decisions with creative thinkingStrong communicator, able to build trust and collaborate across cultures and teamsResilient and adaptable in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsEntrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, team-oriented approachSkills & Experience10+ years in brand managementBroad marketing channel experience: communications, collateral, brand, CRM, social, and sales supportStrong commercial instincts, able to turn data and insights into actionable marketingOur Value PropositionCareer: A fast-growing organisation with global mobility and career paths.Reward: Competitive package with generous school fee discounts, flexible working, and local benefits.People: Work alongside a passionate, international team.
