OMD UK - Influencer Marketing Associate Director OMD UK, Greater London, England, United Kingdom About The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and proactive individual to join our friendly, collaborative, and rapidly expanding OMD Create team as an Influencer Marketing Associate Director. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative influencer‑led campaigns. Responsibilities include: Developing, managing, and delivering influencer marketing campaigns across a range of high‑profile clients. Leading on influencer strategies and solutions across the full campaign cycle, from receiving the client brief to bringing campaigns to life. Building and nurturing collaborative relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders. Delivering award‑winning campaigns and developing a creative lens for campaign ideas and solutions. Qualifications: Strong work ethic and desire to produce work with creativity at its core. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Experience in influencer marketing or a related field preferred (not mandatory). Passion for supporting and developing talent within a team.
