Produce guidance and tools to support across the organisation.Take the lead in addressing compliance issues, including data evaluation and the preparation of reports.Provide expert advice to facilitate the organisation's risk management processes, encompassing risk identification, assessment, management, and monitoring.Lead the initiation and implementation of best practice internal governance procedures, serving as the senior point of contact for all internal governance matters.Corporate ownership of crucial internal governance policies, such as counter‑fraud, anti‑bribery and corruption, declarations and conflicts of interest, and whistleblowing.Provide support to the CFO (Chief Finance Officer) as the counter‑fraud lead.Skills NeededSuitable risk experience, ideally within the public sectorFamiliarity with the Government Counter Fraud Standard.Understanding of the legal framework related to fraud and other economic crimes.Strong influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the business.Experience in independently conducting investigations and/or proactive fraud reviews end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.11% employers' pension contributions.Option for the role to be fully homeworking.Ability to work from the Midlands, if needed.Annual leave entitlement of 32 days, in addition to public holidays.A confidential counselling service is provided to all employees at no cost. xpwpeyx Cycle to Work Scheme.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionFinanceIndustries: Non‑profit OrganizationsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Trinity House Group by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
