This is a brand new store and you will be heavily involved in the selection and recruitment of your new team. Until the store opens, you will be based in another nearby store to undergo your training.As Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing your store’s daily operations, developing strategies to improve customer service, drive sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and market programs to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.We invest in training and development. You will receive regular one‑to‑one sessions, training, and ongoing support. Our goal is to build an environment where you can achieve, develop, and progress.
