With a worldwide network of over 50 production facilities across 10 countries, including four in-house plants, we offer the tools to print any image on any product and ship anywhere.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Procurement to oversee and optimise our global sourcing, supplier management, and procurement processes. Based in Alton, this role will be pivotal in ensuring cost-effective sourcing, supply chain resilience, and supplier relationships that support our ambitious growth plans.Reporting directly to the Group Operations Director, the Head of Procurement will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, managing supplier performance, and driving cost efficiencies across the business. With facilities in the UK, US, and the Netherlands, international procurement experience and supplier network management will be valuable assets in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute procurement strategies to support business objectives, ensuring cost efficiency and supply chain reliability.Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and securing competitive terms.Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and service levels.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical sourcing practices, and industry regulations.Collaborate with finance, operations, and production teams to align procurement with demand planning and stock management.Implement and manage procurement-related KPIs, reporting on cost savings, supplier performance, and supply chain risks.Optimise procurement processes, leveraging NetSuite ERP to improve efficiency, reporting, and automation.Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.Required Experience & Skills5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or purchasing within a manufacturing, e-commerce, or print-on-demand environment.Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favourable terms with suppliers.Experience in international procurement and supplier management across multiple territories.Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems for procurement and inventory management.Ability to analyse market trends and supplier capabilities to drive procurement strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Experience leading procurement teams and managing supplier performance metrics.DesirableCIPS qualification or equivalent professional certification.Experience working with outsourced manufacturing or third-party production partners.Proficiency in procurement analytics and reporting tools.What We OfferCompetitive salary (dependent on experience).25 days holiday per year, plus one additional day off for your birthday.Company pension scheme (4% employer contribution, 5% employee contribution).Healthcare cash plan.A charity day per year to volunteer at a recognised charity.The opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing business at the forefront of the print-on-demand industry. xpwpeyx LocationThis role will primarily be based out of our Alton facility with the option for some hybrid work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
