You will also analyse and resolve security breaches and vulnerability issues in a timely and accurate manner This role is based out of our Northwich office 5 days a week. More about your role As an IT service desk engineer you are essential in delivering a high-quality front-of-house IT service that continuously improves our customers' experience. The IT Service Desk will proactively develop and maintain strong, positive working relationships with customers and IT colleagues.  More about you The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role.
