If you're into meaningful work, fast growth, and a team that’s got your back, you’ll be surrounded by people who believe in what they do—and in you.We are looking to hire a Director of Program Management in our Edinburgh hub who leads and manages a team of Program Managers to ensure the successful execution of programs and projects for the Operations Organisation.This is a permanent full time role requiring 3 days a week in the Edinburgh office.What You’ll DoResponsible for the project delivery of a portfolio of products and services managed by multiple DevOps and Operations teams. Drives strategic initiatives.Accountable for the management of the DevOps project portfolio, including with reporting to senior stakeholders. Defines key metrics, KPIs and internal standardisation initiatives across the entire portfolio of products, services and teamsLead, motivate, mentor and support program management reports and functional staffDevelops a deep understanding of all supported products and servicesCollaborate with PMO, Corporate, Product, Engineering, Architecture, BizApps, Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance and Support to ensure alignment of strategy, resources, dependencies and prioritiesDevelops a strong understanding of team, functional and company-wide workflows.
