Drives strategic initiatives.Accountable for the management of the DevOps project portfolio, including reporting to senior stakeholders. Defines key metrics, KPIs and internal standardisation initiatives across the entire portfolio of products, services and teams.Lead, motivate, mentor and support program management reports and functional staff.Develop a deep understanding of all supported products and services.Collaborate with PMO, Corporate, Product, Engineering, Architecture, BizApps, Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance and Support to ensure alignment of strategy, resources, dependencies and priorities.Develop a strong understanding of team, functional and company-wide workflows.
