The Payments Technology organization designs, builds, and maintains the platforms that support payments, digital wallets, merchant acquiring, treasury services, and trade finance for clients in over 160 countries and 120 currencies.Role Description As the Payments Test Integration & Implementation Lead - Vice President within the Payments Technology team, you will manage the delivery of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) product to the Payments businesses, ensuring new software features meet business requirements and deliver a seamless client experience. You will support senior leadership with strategic planning, communications, and operational effectiveness, leveraging your deep understanding of the Payments Domains and software testing methods.Job ResponsibilitiesExecutes the comprehensive User Acceptance Testing Product Delivery strategy for the Payments businesses, through proactive engagement with Product, Operations and other key stakeholder groupsTakes a customer-first view, which ties back to how the product impacts customer groupsCoaches test execution teams on driving best practices including communications, continuous improvement, business requirement validation and challenge, and comprehensive end-to-end test designDevelops and syndicates recommendations to technology and program teams to accelerate changeBuilds and owns the strategy for key success metrics to track: testing health, customer satisfaction, lower environment uplift & automation / digitization roadmap progress; delivers these metrics to leadershipRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsDeep level experience and understanding of the Payments business and its Technology architecture, including various types of payment flow processing, cash management and account / liquidity servicesProven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across various levels of the organization and to work collaboratively in teams, developing meaningful relationships to achieve common goalsAble to demonstrate prior experience of working in highly matrixed and complex organizations, while delivering value at scaleExpert level knowledge of, and proficiency in, MS Office suiteOutstanding leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and problem solving skillsExperienced in Agile methodologyKeen understanding of financial control and budget management processesAble to work comfortably & confidently under pressure within tight timeframes, actively driving and contributing to meetings with colleagues and functional stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsPost Graduate/ MBA (or Bachelor degree with at least 8+ years of relevant experience) preferredDeep Automation and Test Management exposure (minimum 6+ years)Experience in a business to business (B2B), software as a service (SaaS), or technology environmentAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsProven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position, with thorough understanding of project / program management techniques and toolsAbout Us J.P.
