This is a unique opportunity to define the go-to-market strategy and build the product marketing function from the ground up. You’ll act as a strategist, storyteller, researcher, and cross-functional collaborator—helping shape the future of our partnerships.\You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, are resourceful, and have a bias for action. You know how to move quickly with limited resources, bring others along for the journey, and push projects over the finish line—no matter what.You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Strategy, Product, Sales, Account Management, and Marketing, and regularly interface with executive leadership to provide insights and recommendations.In this role, you will:Be the BuilderEstablish and continuously refine product marketing processes, tools, and best practicesOwn end-to-end execution—from research and positioning to launch assets, sales enablement, and partner messagingMarket and Competitive IntelligenceConduct in-depth analysis of competitors’ products, strategies, and positioningConsolidate internal insights on partner needs and trends in collaboration with research, product, and commercial teamsDeliver timely insights and foster an insights-driven cultureStay current on industry trends, customer preferences, and market dynamicsGo-to-Market StrategyDefine launch strategies and objectives for new products and featuresCraft compelling, benefit-based product positioning that resonates with partnersEnsure Account Management readiness through marketing materials and collaboration with Sales EnablementAlign with leadership on strategy, planning, and executionCoordinate cross-functional go-to-market activities to drive adoptionCommercial and Product InputAct as the voice of the market to inform commercial strategy and product roadmapsCreate feedback loops (e.g., win/loss analysis) to guide product lifecycle decisionsDevelop and optimize adoption and mitigation strategies for existing products and programsExperience and Qualifications8+ years in product marketing, strategy, or competitive intelligence in B2B or B2B2C tech environmentsProven success leading global product marketing initiatives with a focus on market and competitive intelligenceComfortable working independently and collaboratively in lean, fast-moving teams.Strong analytical skills and a bias for actionExceptional communicator with the ability to craft compelling narratives for internal and external audiencesExperience with competitive research tools and techniquesSkilled at multitasking and collaborating across cross-functional teamsComfortable with ambiguity and passionate about simplifying complexityEager to learn, collaborate, and bring others along the journeyThe total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
