The role will involve working alongside team members with expertise in Information Management, Asset Management, Data Strategy and Digital Twin Strategy. Recent projects include the New Hospitals Programme, Sizewell C and the Anglian Water Reservoirs Programme. The candidate will have experience in BIM, information management, project delivery and client communication. A Principal Consultant will lead projects or major work packages and build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.Candidate specificationEssentialHigh knowledge of information management standards (BSEN IS0 19650) and protocolsExperience leading teams, projects or initiatives related to implementing information management using BIMExperience utilising common data environments for programme and project information managementStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholdersSkill to work collaboratively in a team environment, mentor and support colleagues as neededStrong business analysis and problem‑solving skills to develop and deliver tailored solutions for organisationsDesirableExperience working on major UK infrastructure programmesDevelopment of ISO 19650‑aligned documents such as OIR, AIR, PIR and EIRsDeveloping information management tools such as TIDPs, MIDPs and BEPsPerforming project management activities, including planning, scheduling and monitoring progressUnderstanding of COBie implementation and handover processes to ensure compliance with industry standardsKnowledge of metadata management and information classificationPlease be advised that offers for this role are conditional upon obtaining the appropriate level of Security Clearance.UK ImmigrationMott MacDonald Ltd. is not currently offering sponsorship to candidates under the Skilled Worker visa route in the UK.
