This includes leading megafunds, large asset managers and insurers, and pensions and endowments. As a rapidly growing vertical, Enterprise plays a critical role in shaping our commercial strategy and expanding our footprint across our institutional investor customer base. The team leads go-to-market execution in these segments and works cross-functionally to inform product roadmap, sales strategy, and account management.Role DescriptionEngagement Managers play a critical role at Hebbia: you will be responsible for the strategic value creation and deployment of Hebbia with our partners, shaping the world of AI in large enterprises.We’re looking for ambitious and highly skilled individuals who deeply understand financial service and investor workflows, can lead large enterprise engagements with ambitious customers, and are eager to define our product and offering in emerging verticals. Engagement Managers are the voice of the customer – understanding explicit and implicit business needs across a multitude of verticals and working with the Product team to inform requirements. A strong candidate requires strategic thinking as we write the enterprise value creation and deployment playbook on AI for serious work.If you enjoy solving challenging problems and building strong relationships and teams while doing so, we’d love to hear from youThis role is based out of either London, UK or our New York City offices in SoHo.ResponsibilitiesCustomer-centricity: Deeply understand through direct experience how knowledge workers, especially investors, think and operate - creatively engage with customers, from setting AI strategies with senior executives to helping individual users to get the most out of HebbiaRelationship orientation: Build strong relationships (including at the executive level of large, global investment firms) and serve as a trusted advisor and go-to leader in AIDrive value-backed growth: Identify and capture value with customers, serving as the key driver of our land-and-expand strategy in our Enterprise verticalStructured approach: Tackle ambiguous, complex customer and product questions - bringing together a deep understanding of user needs and technical capabilitiesDefine roadmap: Shape the future of the product - bring the voice of the customer to our product and engineering teams and strategically advise on the future of the productGrow our team: Help to build the Engagement team - with potential opportunity to manage a dedicated team in the near futureQualifications2-7 years of experience in top-tier finance, consulting, or tech roles including private equity/credit, growth-stage venture capital, management consulting, investment banking, and/or fast-growing, growth-stage startupsProven ability to bring together customer-facing, analytical, strategic, and cross-functional workExcellent relationship management skills with senior-level stakeholdersStrong ownership mindset - you see problems or white space and make it yoursDistinctive analytical and problem solving capabilities: structure ambiguous, open-ended problems, and quickly iterate on solutionsInnate bias towards action and impact, while working in a nimble and fast-paced environmentCompensationIn consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the OTE compensation range for this position is set between $120,000 and $220,000 (combination of base salary + bonus). However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
