Joining us means being part of a motivated international team working together to deliver an authentic Oxford and Cambridge experience.About the RoleWe are seeking a Head of Academic Program to design, oversee and deliver the academic experience for the Oxbridge Summer Scholars program. This role is central to shaping the quality and scalability of our courses and ensuring that students benefit from a rigorous and inspiring academic environment.The Head of Academic Program will create new academic offerings, manage the academic timetable and work closely with tutors, lecturers and guest speakers. They will also be on-site throughout the summer to supervise daily delivery, ensure smooth program execution and maintain academic excellence.This is a highly impactful role as we aim to welcome 250 students this year. With high student conversion rates already established we are looking for someone who can strengthen and grow the academic side of the program.ResponsibilitiesProgram Design & DevelopmentCreate and scale academic programs tailored for Oxbridge Summer Scholars.Develop new course offerings aligned with student demand and academic trends.Ensure programs meet high standards of academic rigor and engagement.On-Site Academic LeadershipBe present in Oxford / Cambridge for the duration of the summer to oversee delivery.Supervise tutors, lecturers and academic staff to ensure quality teaching and student engagement.Resolve academic or operational issues that arise during program delivery.Academic Operations & ProductionManage academic schedules, timetables and resources for smooth execution.Collaborate with program production staff to align academic and logistical needs.Maintain compliance with safeguarding and safeguarding best practices.Stakeholder & Student EngagementConsult with students and families (non-sales, interview-style academic fit conversations).Build strong relationships with tutors, boarding schools and external academic partners.Act as a key ambassador for the Oxford & Cambridge academic experience.RequirementsStrong academic background ideally with an Oxford or Cambridge degree.Previous experience in boarding schools, summer schools or similar academic programs.Experience in curriculum / program design and scaling academic offerings.Strong leadership and communication skills.Able to commit to being on-site full-time during the summer program.Highly organized, adaptable and committed to academic excellence.What We OfferFlexible working hoursThe chance to build and scale a flagship international summer program.Work with passionate students from around the world who aspire to Oxbridge.An opportunity to shape the future of an academic program with significant global impact. xpwpeyx Please keep an eye on your spam / junk email folder for correspondence from Team Tailor.Key SkillsActing, Microsoft Office, Academics, Academics support, College Tutoring, General Management, Communication, Faculty, Administrative Services, Courses, Teaching / Lecturing, Education, Student Learning, Administration And Secretarial, Office ManagementEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
