While the BD Team owns the new business pipeline, your focus is on growing value within existing accounts and holding (Senior) Account Directors accountable for delivering their client fee targets. You’ll be accountable for ensuring any deficit in our target account growth has a plan in place to resolve.Head of TeamYou’ll lead the development, performance and wellbeing of a high-performance Client Team, overseeing recruitment, line management and talent progression, ensuring that every team member is coached, supported, challenged and motivated to grow sustainable client relationships, accounts and fee.
