The Wealth Solutions team sells a suite of products including Advisor Productivity tools and Digital Solutions that power retail-facing web portals. LSEG’s Wealth Management customers—Private Banks, Universal Banks, Wealth Managers and Online Brokers—use LSEG’s suite to empower their Advisors and Investors with data, analytics and front‑end capabilities.In this role you will carry a team target, support Sales Specialists to prospect, structure and negotiate terms with prospective customers, and develop a market‑specific sales strategy that drives gross and outright revenues. You will partner closely with Account Management, Customer Success and regional marketing to align priorities, influence product development with deep market insights, and mentor the team to achieve high performance.What you'll be doingDevelop the sales strategy and execution plans for your teamBe responsible for team financial performance for gross and outright salesDefine, plan and drive the execution of campaigns with sales enablementPartner with regional marketing to align with regional Sales & Account Management prioritiesRecommend and collaborate on resource allocation to execute strategyMaintain cross‑functional alignment and communication around the customer agendaInfluence product priorities by providing deep regional market and customer insightConsolidate voice of the customer to inform product development and capital allocationLead sales mobilization, mentoring and coachingProvide deal support on strategic/complex dealsMonitor key competitors and market trends, and develop strategies to achieve competitive advantageDrive our thought‑leadership agenda as the internal and external spokesperson for Wealth in your marketWhat we are looking forProven B2B sales experience with a track record of delivering on financial targets (sales, retention and costs); experience as a dedicated Hunter is requiredStrong understanding of pipeline management, sales cycles and coaching for pipeline cleanliness and sales cycle accelerationExcellent coaching, mentoring and leadership skills to bring out the best in a team of sellersSenior (C‑level) network of customers and Wealth Tech partnersDeep understanding of the financial tools used by Wealth Management professionals and retail investorsKnowledge of trends and themes impacting the Wealth Management industryDemonstrated ability to influence at a high level and lead teams and stakeholders to achieve common objectivesStrong organizational, communication and presentation skillsExperience operating in a matrix organization, including stakeholder engagement and influencing managementAbout LSEGLSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is a diversified global financial markets infrastructure and data business dedicated to delivering the services our customers expect.
