We are recruiting for a Product Sales Director, Engineered Systems, EMEA.Applying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be part of the EMEA management team, responsible for the commercial strategy and performance of our Engineered Systems Business.What We Can OfferCompetitive salaryCompany carBonus incentive25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays and sick payExtensive product and cross‑training opportunities with outstanding resources availableEncouraging and collaborative ethosCareer development through various career laddersAccess to business resource groups and trainingWhat You Will DoLead the profitable growth of the Engineered Systems product range within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as part of Fire Suppression ProductsDevelop and implement an EMEA commercial strategy for Engineered Systems, working closely with Territory Directors and Global Product ManagementAlign the EMEA strategy within each region and ensure effective execution, accountability, and delivery of strategic plansCollaborate with key stakeholders, including Territory Sales Directors, Global Product Management, Manufacturing and Operations, Sales teams, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, R&D, Technical Support, Pricing, and Customer ServiceSet volume and profit objectives across EMEA, supporting regional sales teams in execution by focusing on existing customers, new acquisitions, and growth opportunitiesDrive a performance‑based culture, coaching and developing teams while embracing business transformationHow You Will Do ItDevelop and manage an annual sales growth plan and go‑to‑market strategy, ensuring resources align with business objectivesSupport account management to grow product sales in priority markets and increase customer engagementIdentify areas of opportunity, white space, and strategic initiatives to position the business for future growthRepresent commercial sales interests during new product development, working with Product Management to define and execute go‑to‑market strategiesUtilize Salesforce CRM to measure and track sales activities, pipeline conversion, account planning, and coaching plansLead priority market evolution using a Maturity Model process to enhance capabilities in strategic marketsCoordinate pricing strategies with Channel and Territory Sales DirectorsDrive product launches and support the sales team with necessary programs and tools to enhance effectiveness xpwpeyx What We Look ForMinimum of five years of experience in a senior sales role, with a track record of successful growth and developmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or MarketingStrong consultative selling experienceProven expertise in account management, relationship development across multiple influencers, and organizational levelsExcellent business acumen and ability to provide strategic counselProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM toolsEffective presentation skills, comfortable with both one‑on‑one and group sessionsWillingness to travel up to 50%Ability to work in a virtual environmentIf you are ready to drive success, lead teams, and shape the future in Engineered Systems then apply today#J-18808-Ljbffr
