As we grow, so will your opportunities for development and progression.About the RoleAs the General Manager of Innoflate Livingston, you will take the lead in running a vibrant, fast‑paced inflatable adventure park. You’ll drive exceptional safety standards, deliver memorable customer experiences, and create a positive, energetic culture for your team. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a lively, people‑centred environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all day‑to‑day park operations, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and visitor satisfactionOversee Duty Managers and ensure all operational, cleaning, and safety checklists are completedMaintain effective staffing levels across all areas of the venueDeliver smooth and efficient café service with full adherence to food safety standardsManage stock levels, cleanliness, and timely serviceOversee successful party and group event deliveryManage booking diaries, monitor capacity, and optimise usageEnsure all reception staff are fully trained in brand standardsResolve customer queries and complaints promptlyComplete daily venue safety checksEnsure compliance with all fire safety, food safety, and operational regulationsEscalate any issues immediately to the Senior Leadership TeamRecruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding visitor experiencesLead monthly team meetings and ongoing development plansMaintain a positive, fun, and collaborative environmentManage payroll, banking, petty cash, and invoice submissionsSupport revenue generation and maintain cost control in line with company forecasts xpwpeyx Present monthly performance updates to the Senior Leadership TeamWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years’ management experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience in a customer‑focused, fast‑paced environmentExcellent organisational and problem‑solving abilitiesEligibility to work in the UKBenefitsIf you’re an energetic and people‑focused leader ready to join a thriving, exciting leisure brand, we’d love to hear from you.
