The role is open to a range of experience levels, Associate, Mid-weight or Senior. Important: Active SC Clearance is required for this role. What You’ll Be DoingDesigning and improving end-to-end services across discovery, alpha, beta and liveMapping user journeys, service blueprints, processes and touchpointsFacilitating workshops and co-design sessions with users and stakeholdersTranslating insights and research into practical service improvementsWorking closely with Product, UX, Research, Policy and Technical teamsPresenting findings, concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders What We’re Looking For(We are open to varied levels of experience)Active SC Clearance (essential)Experience designing services within multidisciplinary teamsStrong skills in journey mapping, service blueprints & prototypingAbility to unpack complex problems and simplify service flowsConfident running workshops and engaging with stakeholdersExperience in agile or iterative environmentsPublic sector / GDS familiarity is beneficial but not essentialAbout us: At Peregrine, we see beyond the immediate and look to the horizon.
