The role is open to a range of experience levels, Associate, Mid-weight or Senior. 🔐 Important: Active SC Clearance is required for this role. 💡 What You’ll Be Doing Designing and improving end-to-end services across discovery, alpha, beta and live Mapping user journeys, service blueprints, processes and touchpoints Facilitating workshops and co-design sessions with users and stakeholders Translating insights and research into practical service improvements Working closely with Product, UX, Research, Policy and Technical teams Presenting findings, concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders 🎯 What We’re Looking For (We are open to varied levels of experience) Active SC Clearance (essential) Experience designing services within multidisciplinary teams Strong skills in journey mapping, service blueprints & prototyping Ability to unpack complex problems and simplify service flows Confident running workshops and engaging with stakeholders Experience in agile or iterative environments Public sector / GDS familiarity is beneficial but not essential About us: At Peregrine, we see beyond the immediate and look to the horizon.
