We’re scaling fast, and we’re looking for a driven Affiliate Specialist to join our team and help grow our global presence.The RoleAs an Affiliate Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing Verbatik’s affiliate marketing program. You’ll identify new affiliate opportunities, strengthen relationships with existing partners, and drive revenue growth through innovative campaigns and partnerships.TasksWhat You’ll DoDevelop, launch, and manage the Verbatik affiliate program across global marketsRecruit, onboard, and nurture new affiliate partnersOptimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion ratesMonitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate promotions with overall brand strategyStay updated on affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practicesRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing / partnershipsProven track record of growing and managing affiliate programsStrong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analyticsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metricsSelf-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environmentBenefitsWhy Join Verbatik?
