The Estates Partner plays a vital role in ensuring each home is safe, compliant, well‑maintained and welcoming. They carry out reactive repairs, deliver proactive and planned maintenance, manage contractors, complete all estates and environmental audits through Nourish, and uphold the highest health and safety standards. Working to a "see it, own it, fix it" model, the Estates Partner ensures that building standards, resident comfort and safety are maintained every day.
