Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent, reliable customer outcomes.Customer Advocacy: Serve as the senior point of contact for strategic customers, fostering trusted partnerships, anticipating evolving needs, and ensuring seamless solution delivery that exceeds expectations.Organizational Leadership: Build and sustain high‑performing delivery teams through talent development, workforce planning, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Enterprise Risk & Compliance: Anticipate and mitigate risks across programs, drive compliance with industry standards, and champion process and system enhancements that strengthen both customer and employee experience.What You’ll NeedBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline.15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the Electric Utilities Industry or adjacent critical infrastructure sectors, with a proven track record of delivering complex, large‑scale programs.Demonstrated ability to set strategic vision, align delivery execution with business outcomes, and lead organizational change.Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets and delivering measurable ROI.Advanced problem‑solving, decision‑making, and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Exceptional organizational capability to oversee complex operations, balancing priorities across multiple programs and stakeholders.Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with executive leadership, global teams, customers, and vendors.Skilled at building long‑term strategic relationships with clients, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes.Ability and flexibility to travel as needed to support customer engagements and enterprise initiatives. xpwpeyx In‑depth knowledge of SCADA, power systems applications, and vendor business practices within the electric utilities space.#J-18808-Ljbffr
