Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the primary focus for the Senior Managing Director, UK & Nordics will be to act as the local senior executive for all client business in region.Working with a talented Senior Management Team (SMT), this role will involve growing and developing their sales leadership and execution; inspiring your team and peers to deliver the very best for our clients and continue to cultivate a diverse, inclusive, and engaged working environment for all employees in the region(s).Why this role is important to usAs the Senior Managing Director, you will have overall accountability for our client business and be responsible for leading a team of talented Sales and Customer Service oriented employees with responsibility for the whole PnL.
