Senior Managing Director, UK & Nordics We are currently looking for a Senior Managing Director to lead the UK & Nordics region and join the SimCorp Global Management Committee (GMC). Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the primary focus for the Senior Managing Director, UK & Nordics will be to act as the local senior executive for all client business in region. Working with a talented Senior Management Team (SMT), this role will involve growing and developing their sales leadership and execution; inspiring your team and peers to deliver the very best for our clients and continue to cultivate a diverse, inclusive, and engaged working environment for all employees in the region(s). Why this role is important to us As the Senior Managing Director, you will have overall accountability for our client business and be responsible for leading a team of talented Sales and Customer Service oriented employees with responsibility for the whole PnL. With the UK being SimCorp’s largest growth opportunity in Europe, and the Nordics being SimCorp’s most established market, the role plays a crucial role in unlocking the potential of SimCorp One for our clients to ensure we consistently grow and deliver valuable solutions. As a member of both the Commercial Leadership Team (CLT) and Global Management Committee (GMC) you will be expected to bring insights from the region and contribute to the day to day running of the company at a global level, as well as being closely involved in shaping the strategy of the firm.
