In this role, you’ll oversee:Leading our self‑evaluation processesReviewing, supporting and advising our schools on how they improve on a global scaleLeading our work on education data and how we support schools to use it effectively to improve student outcomesLeading the education due diligence of potential acquisitionsLeading the integration of new schoolsAdvising other NAE functions on the quality of our schoolsAnd leading our work to support our schools to offer excellent career and college counselling and guidance.If you’re an experienced leader in K–12 school improvement across international, for‑profit networks, we encourage you to apply.The Successful Candidate will possess:Extensive experience as an educator in K-12 education.Experience working for an international, for‑profit education company.Demonstrated expertise and track record in school improvement.Demonstrated experience in supporting organisations to change or adapt their approach(es)Strong knowledge of using education data to support student outcomes.Demonstrated ability to build relationships externally as well as across organisational and cultural boundaries.Nord Anglia Education is the world’s leading international schools organisation.
