The successful candidate willbring a track record of hands-on delivery of turning strategy into action, with a strong project delivery mindset, technical depth, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.The successful candidate can be based UK wide with some travel expected.Flexible working options for full or part-time employment is available.What youll do: Own the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring outputs meet agreed scope, quality, and deadlines.Translate asset strategies into robust delivery plans, actionable workstreams, and measurable outcomes.Lead development of technical outputs (e.g.maintenance strategies, condition frameworks, investment plans).Apply structured programme and risk management to keep delivery on track.Provide line management and mentorship to consultants, supporting their development and ensuring high performance across project teams.Ensure compliance with ISO 55000, PAS 55, and other sector-specific standards.Lead client engagement, technical workshops, and governance reporting with a delivery-first mindset.Provide quality assurance across deliverables and continuously seek ways to improve delivery performance.What were looking for: Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field.Significant experience delivering infrastructure projects (highways or transport preferred).Strong track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes ideally in a consultancy setting.Proven ability to lead teams, manage risk, and drive project execution.Clear, concise communicator able to translate complexity into actionable plans.Committed to continuous improvement and innovation in delivery.Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience working with local authorities, transport bodies, or public sector clients preferred.Chartered/professionally qualified (e.g.CEng, IAM, CIHT) preferred. xpwpeyx Why TRL?
