General Manager – SwindonFind out more about the daily tasks, overall responsibilities, and required experience for this opportunity by scrolling down now.Basic Salary: £80,000.OTE: £100,000.Company Car.Extensive Benefits Package.Our client, a busy franchised dealership, in Swindon has the requirement for an experienced General Manager to lead their successful dealership team.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership & coaching to your dealership teamCommunicate vision and goalsOversee recruitment and retention of staffAgree standards and the performance requiredConduct monthly appraisals/reviews with line managersInstall, monitor, and maintain processesProvide, maintain, and ensure Excellent Customer Service is delivered at all timeAchieve profit and volume objectives against budgetMonitor and review each department's financial performanceConduct monthly Accounts Reviews with line managersWork with Dealership Accountant to examine accounts, operating controls, composite etc.Maintain financial controls to operate within expense budgetDevelop and support marketing campaignsExamine and control weekly/monthly debtorsReview sales volumes, pricing policy, discounts, parts pricing and labour ratesBuild and manage relationships with manufacturer and suppliersHealth & Safety and Site SecurityMonitor, understand xpwpeyx and use best practice to achieve Group KPI’sExperience, Skills & QualificationsEssential Requirements:Minimum of 2 years General Manager / Head of BusinessFranchised Dealership ExperienceFull UK Driving Licence.Remuneration & BenefitsBasic Salary of £80,000On Target Earnings of £100,000 (uncapped)Company CarExtensive Benefits Package#J-18808-Ljbffr
